Raheema Ishmael is a licensed interior designer with 20 years of experience in hospitality design.  She attended the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale where she attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design & graduated with cum laude distinction. In 2007, she joined Adache Group Architects, an award-winning boutique architectural firm specializing in hospitality design and developed many skills through extensive hands-on experience. Her career has included work on hotels, restaurants, bars, retail, luxury condominiums and casinos across Florida and the Caribbean.

Known for her versatile aesthetic and efficient project execution, she brings a refined approach to concept development, documentation and procurement. While she is connected to clean lines and modern silhouettes, her work is equally influenced by the relaxed elegance of coastal living and global influences. Drawing inspiration from the richness of her Caribbean heritage and the vibrant natural beauty of her Florida surroundings, she creates spaces that are inviting, layered, and full of personality.

Over the years, Raheema has built a reputation for delivering thoughtful, detail-driven interiors with warmth and purpose.  Her process emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and consistency—ensuring that each project is not only visually compelling but also seamlessly managed from concept to completion. Outside of her interior design work, she channels her creativity into textile/surface design and photography.
